The Brief
Two Sites, One Clear Package
Built Realty Group needed a commercial media package that could carry two industrial properties without making either one feel secondary.
The work had to do more than show buildings. It had to explain site position, truck access, freeway proximity, and the scale of the surrounding commercial corridor.
Context
Make The Location Legible
For commercial property, the map is part of the story. The annotated frames make the I-10 and Katy relationship visible fast, so a buyer or tenant understands the geography before the listing copy has to explain it.
The same package gives the broker clean beauty frames and the practical site context needed for a sales deck.
Aerial Coverage
Corridor, Building, Approach
The aerial set moves from the wide commercial corridor into building-specific angles. Each frame answers a different question: where it sits, how it fronts the road, what surrounds it, and how the property reads from above.
