The Gym
F45 Tanglewood is a private gym in west Houston. In a city full of studios, it wanted content that set its training apart, footage as sharp and considered as a session on the floor.
I shot the gym the way it actually moves. Pull-ups against the brick, kettlebell work, the bootcamp out on the grass, classes caught mid-rep. Fast cuts, real effort, no stock-footage gloss.
Growth
The clips gave F45 Tanglewood a feed presence that matched the room. The reach followed.
