The Firm is one of Houston's premier residential brokerages, a team of top agents working in luxury property. Houses, penthouses, the kind of homes that get sold on style as much as square footage.

The Firm's owner came to me wanting to strengthen the brand's luxury essence and move the team's focus from apartment locating to home sales.
The company had just rebranded. It needed visibility to match, and it needed the agents at the center of it to be seen.

I sat down with the team and mapped their goals, their values, and the audience they wanted to reach. Out of that came a modern, clean, intuitive content strategy.
The brief that mattered most was to set the brand apart from the busy pop-art look most realty pages settle for. The page had to feel elegant and uncluttered, sophisticated and quiet.
